Meet Reuben

The pink apron is the uniform — and the whole shop's color story.

Story mock copy — swap in Reuben's real story

Reuben opened Mi Linda Michoacana with a simple idea: keep the traditional Michoacana staples — paletas, esquites, mangonadas — done properly, and put them next to fusion snacks that don't exist anywhere else nearby. It's a shop for people who grew up on paletas and people trying one for the first time, side by side.

The name comes from the mascot on the sign out front — the girl in the red dress holding a paleta, watching over the counter from the neon on the wall.

The Dog Lounge out back came from Reuben wanting a place where people didn't have to choose between getting a treat and bringing their dog along. So now the dogs get a treat too.

Open every day, sunrise to close

10am – 10pm, seven days a week. Stop by the counter for something cold, or head to the back for the Dog Lounge.
